A baseline whose GOOD values do not spread, so its scale is 0.
Raised by the MAD and moving-range baselines, per regime by the regime baselines, by individuals chart limits with a sigma of 0, and by the MSPC fit for a column whose training standard deviation is 0. Limits of zero width flag every sample that differs from the baseline's center.
